No. It is not. Defrost is the process of thawing already frozen item such as ice, food etc.

It means you won't see the frost that shows on very cold plastics. It's good for keeping veggies and fruits

It's also good for soft drinks and water. Most show glass refrigerators such as frigorex brand products are 'no frost refrigerators'.
