(1) No, Dad statement of account not required..only gift deed will suffice
(2) I don't think your husband's SOA is needed, the LOE explaining sources of POF will normally be enough. (e.g: .....this gift from my dad was supplemented by 1,000,000 Naira from my husband to support our immigration/settlement plans)....the VO will see the said transfer bearing ur husband's name.
The only SOA you will need should be the joint account where the POF is in.
Cheers

Cheerfulmum:
Please I have a question about POF pls o don't leave me @ednut1 @abnot @kekeerun @mmamaroon and other PPR waiters. My father wants to deposit lump sum into the joint account I have with my husband and that's the account we intend using for POF. The fund is actually coming from my cousin to my dad so as to do a gift deed. My question are: (1) does my dad need to print his own statement of account and submit alongside gift deed or just the gift deed is okay? (2) My husband wants to move his personal savings in his account to our joint account. After writing loe to say that he moved his personal savings, does he also need to show his SOA? Pls help, I have read page 1 and this question is personal.

I am on the FSW aplication with AOR March 2019. Eligibility has been passed from my last GCMS; the pending items were criminality and security, while medical expired some months.

However I noticed today that a ghost updated my profile grin . The message was *"Latest update: Review of medical results- November 20, 2020 "you have passed medical exam"*

Seniors in the house: what does this mean please? What should I expect? Thanks

@ausn Comgratulations It means your medical has been extended . No need for you to waste money to do remedicals again unless you ve done prior to now sha but if you haven’t don’t bother booking remedicals with Qlife or IOM . Also hang In Right there your PPR is soo soo soo much around the Corner

You guys are doing an amazing job on this thread. Please pardon my newbie questions. Someone directed me to use this thread for DIY rather than using an agent.
I’ll appreciate if anyone can help me clarify this. I haven’t started anything yet. Let’s just say I’m in level 0

I and my husband with two kids want to apply to stay in Canada. My husband has a Bsc but I do not. I have a fair knowledge of French, very good in English, and I’m pretty sure I can write and pass the TEF and IELTS well but I can’t be the primary applicant.

1. If my husband is the primary applicant since he is the one with the higher qualification, will my writing those exams and passing it affect his score?
2. Where can I find information on the kind of skills that are in demand in Canada? I checked the website but I got even more confused. My head is hot from reading sad

What do you have by way if education?
You can take the TEF still to increase your points even if your husband is the PA
Depending on your husband age it might be a determining factor to who is PA ovbiously if you have some sort of educational background

If you are trying for EE it's not the skills in demand that will help,
Age,education, ilets, work experience are the determines of getting PPR.
I suggest you read page 1 to avail you with that the whole process is about

Yes I have OND in Law. I also have some tech knowledge but no official certification on that. Can I add any of those short degree courses to it? Like Bcs, ACCA, CIIN?

I am 32. Does it make sense for me to be the applicant? The reason I’m worried is I fear he might not have time to focus and read for his ielts and tef to get the required high scores but I can. It’s just my degree limiting me.

I’ve been reading all the resources posted on Page 1. Thank your for taking time out to respond. I appreciate it

Hello, one of the organizations I worked (a school) in for about a year is currently defunct, it's been really difficult getting in touch with any of the staffs because they now work in different places. How do I generate an evidence of work history?

Hi everyone. I hope everyone is doing okay. Please I'm new in the building. Are there any lawyers in the house? I'm seeking sample REFERNCE LETTER from law firms and sample CASH SALARY CERTIFICATES from law firms. Does anyone have them? Please share with me. Thank you.
Cash salary certificate doesn't have any specific sample, just have them breakdown your annual salary into pieces and put it on the company's letterhead with the signature of your head of account or CEO.

In a nutshell, it's just payslips with a signature.

Did you confirm from your notes that you have no “Review Required” from any section of your application?

Not at all.

I got 170 pages of notes cool. And I can't read through all. The pages are though in pdf are not searchable or editable.

Definitely, I'm not gonna read through all that, but two summaries at the end are from
1. Case processing agent, dated 2020/07/23. Nothing looks abnormal about his/her recommendations

2. Program assistant, dated 2020/06/23. This one mentioned that all documents have been verified. Nothing is worrisome here either.

With your OND in Law, you can be the principal applicant.

Max out IELTS and TEF. Get your husband to max out IELTS alone and you can get a score of 460+

Hi guys.....
So caleb University is now admitting for PGD and MSC.
Pgd is 2 semesters and MSC is 4.
If you're interested, visit their study centre at magodo or browse through their website.

2 semesters is approx 1 year, 8-9 months I guess. 4 is double that.
