Hope you all are doing great and staying safe.

I registered a business about 2 years ago. It was successfully registered. I did it online.
I have receipts for all the payments made.
I have not collected the certificate from CAC office because I have not been around.

I would like to go collect it soon, what should I expect ?

What do I need to go with ?

Would I be charged extra because I am collecting it late ?

How long would the process take.

Would I just walk in, present necessary documents/receipts , get the certificate printed and I am done in a few minutes ?

I would really appreciate advice/help/direction from those who have picked up theirs.

Branches of CAC in Lagos do not allow people to enter these days due to COVID 19.
Get their phone number, they might send it through courier.

Boss, go with all your documents to the Lagos office you picked as your collection center during your registration. Your case isn't peculiar or strange but be ready to be delayed as you need to exercise patience for them in searching for your files. Forget about anything that they don't allow people to enter. People dey enter and come out.

Don't send any mail. Go in person. Nothing dey happen. You no kill person, na your company certificate you wan collect. Be bold and confident that you have not been around to pick it up. All the very best bro.
