It isn't wickedness. It's most probably the expectations of the OP. Seller ask him to bring his car so he can take back his part, instead of him to do so, or find a way to get the part back to seller, he rescinded on the assistance and came here to start a needless smear campaign.

The switch is on the engine but it has a wire connection to dashboard.
Honestly, I never knew there was leakage: I thot it dried up too.
Some shitty mechanic even told me the oil was fake hence the drying up!
I do put1litre mobil oil every 200km-300km until I got tired of buying engine oil.

Since I fixed that thing, everything became perfect!

So, kindly take the car to a workshop, tell em to check the oil temperature/pressure switch/sensor if its okayy and check the rear and base of the engine for oil wetness.

It may help instead of all the hassles.

Some car parts are trial and error. Some car parts are even without return policy or warranty. Once you buy and pick it, no refunds. But GAZZUZZ gave him a very good option. Police can't do nothing here if OP has signed and agreed to the terms and conditions spelt out before him. Even the court won't do nothing. The best bet here is to seek gentle man way out of whatsoever he is in.

I'm very sure you can read and comprehend... Our agreement is to buy a tokunbo engine, he showed me one clean in his workshop and ended up buying 'borale', a worked engine. Is that professional too?

Very simple things yet people make it look difficult.
A used part is a used part. There are no guarantees. Engine and transmission sellers give a maximum of one week guarantee. Sometimes, the insist on using their own techs to perform the installation.
If things don't work out, they either refund or replace. They never bear responsibility for logistics or consumables such as oil, water, filters etc.
It's on the buyer except it was explicitly agreed to in writing.
Now, for a seller to guarantee such, you will pay above premium for that item of purchase. Do you think that same engine would have cost 220k if these conditions were attached?
Let's be realistic here. I've bought a failed gear box from a reputable seller in pH. I didn't go to his shop to insult him. I wasn't pleased either but I had to be reasonable.
I paid for the logistic, paid for new fluids but this time around, I insisted he include the clause to refund logistics and fluid expenses should the second bear box fail. He gave me his tech to go and the installation and it went without a hitch.
I had to pay for the installation to be performed by his tech.
These things aren't always black and white.
OP he has offered to refund you for the engine if you bring it back within 24 hrs. Do you want him to nail himself to the cross for you?
Haba. How you approached this matter also mattered.
This is the same Gazzuzz that gives things freely here. Things worth more than your engine in some cases.

He sold a worked engine for me as tokunbo engine yet insult me like I'm collecting it as credit or free. The engine he sold for me for N220k . What will you say about a "tokunbo" engine that engine oil( the one he recommended and bought) dries up just in less than 1000miles. I poured another 4litre it has short again.

May Gazzuzz generation feel the pain I'm feeling now and the one he made me feel except I got the money through a dubious way too.. He made me cough out almost N400k upon insult and abuse oooo yet the engine he bought and fixed for me is a worked engine.

He showed me a clean tokunbo engine but gave me a worked engine, may the force of universe take advantage of your ignorance and work against you in all ramifications of your life.

Very very dubious human being... Dubious and arrogant.

Each time I bought Mobil 5w30 I swear for your generation. Imagine me using 4gallons of Mobil 5w30 in the space of 2000miles.

Very very wicked being... When I complained he asked me to bring the car and he remove the engine and pay me back my money . Very stupid being indeed. My soul swear for you each time I remember


Fine print is very clear. Read it

A guarantee of 3000km or 3months which ever comes first .


You paid for a foreign used corolla 1zz-fe engine.

You paid for engine on 23rd July 2020

You live in Lagos ojodu which is 10-15mins / 6-8km drive from my workshop., even after you insulted me I was still gracious enough to tell you to bring back the car and get a Full refund this was exactly on the 29th of October 2020 @ 19:41. I gave you 24hrs grace you did not respond after that, you did not also ask for extra time. Today is 21st Nov 2020.

I am in the service industry too and these things happen.

220k is a lot of money but I believe we can always make out points without this much insults and negativity

I have known Gazuz for over 5 years. He is one of the most trusted and dependable guys i know online and offline.

I said I wouldn't comment till I hear from both sides, we'll gazzuzz has spoken, from the agreement u were given 3 months warranty or 3k miles which ever comes first, on noticing the oil shortage u simply return the engine as stated in the agreement and he has also accepted to take out the engine and give you a refund. What exactly is the issue??.
Give oga he's engine and take ur money I see nuthang dubious here.
