Every human being has a weakness. Fact.
I have met gazzuzz. I have had several discussions with him. He has never come across as arrogant or proud. When you approach a fellow human being with respect, most times the respect is reciprocated.
If you call me by 11.00pm and start ranting about a transaction I had with you, you may flip a switch and I may snap. Nobody is perfect.
In all my discussions with Gazzuzz (consultations which I didn't pay a dime for his time), he has never insulted me nor sounded condescending. Even his boys displayed similar trait when I have interacted with them.
Manner of approach matters.

OP should get to the root cause of the matter and sort it out with Gazzuzz.

Hope you know 4 gallons is approximately 12 liters? If the engine truly burns 12 liters of oil within 2000 miles, then there is a serious problem.

The engine isn't smoking... Maybe I meant to say 2000km. The 3000miles range in gave me for next servicing hasn't reached AT ALL before 4 GALLONS of 5litres has gone down the drain.

Note: I continued with same Mobil 5w 30 he bought and poured inside himself

Why dont you post the screenshot here so that the public can understand you better.
Toks engines are usually given one week guarantee max.
He usually buys engines through a VIN check and several other measures to make sure he gets the best for you.
No engine seller will even allow you to go beyond opening the oil filter cap, checking the dipstick and turning the engine crankshaft usually with a spanner. It's a used engine remember all these points I mentioned above can never determine how the engine is being used by the previous owner.
I advise you to go and settle with him.
He might be rude and arrogant to you, but ask yourself questions why he gives you such attitude.
He wasnt rude and arrogant the 1st time you discussed and agreed with him.
