Warrantee period had elapsed before customer complained, yet Gazzuzz offered to have it taken out and money refunded, but OP seems to want more time and a replacement all expenses on seller...

as at that time,It was obvious the guy will be trouble....infact,one of the boys was suspended ontop this guy engine matter.intervention no even work as the suspension was for months sef

This is quite unfair to the accused, chief. Biases aside, two things are factual.

1. Gazzuzz offered a 3 month warranty at sale. OP didn't ask for a replacement until that three-month period had expired. Legally, at this point, Gazzuzz is free to tell the OP to go pound sand.
2. In spite of #1 above, Gazzuzz still offered to take back the engine.

I don't see how this could possibly be written against him.

Let's not even talk about the fact that OP has refused to bring evidence. In a court, this is known as burden of proof, which rests solely on the OP, as he's the one making the claims here.

Everything else is subjective and makes no difference. These above are the facts and they do not favor the OP.
