If you intend to marry and have a Christain family.

Here are six things you should have in mind for Christ to be the head of your family

1) You must be a believer of Christ , Surrender your life to Christ for him to take charge of your life.

2) Flee from Pre-marital Sex , Fornications, Abortions etc for the sake of your future home.

3) Flee from worldly/Social attachments and focus more on God.

4) Fail not to teach your children the word of God, bible teachings right from their tender ages.

5) Donot fail to teach your children moral values and good behaviours in the society, eg obedience to the rules of the society , respect for elders etc.

6) Hate and flee from evil, embrace godliness and the true deeds of Christ for the sake of your future home.
Very nice.

No, they are in fact lies! Nowhere in the teachings of Jesus Christ Himself are you told that is what you need to do in order to have a family...none of that complies with His teachings.

Did Jesus Christ say anything specific about our having different rules as far as setting up a "Christian" home from the ones He stipulated for all of His followers to live by?
Believing in Jesus Christ, grants you eternal life but not all those who are saved go on to become Born again, living their lives according to the Commandments of Jesus Christ Himself.
Not according to Jesus Christ. Once you ask God for forgiveness, your sins are forgiven you, and that is what matters in the Kingdom of God.

Jesus Christ never commanded against the drinking of Alcohol... in fact, He gave them one rule as far as what to eat/drink. He told them that it is not what you eat that makes you unclean... it is what comes out of your heart that does that to you. That said, do not add or remove from the rules that He has made for His own.
Jesus Christ never instructed His disciples to teach anything else but the gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven. That said, He did not instruct anyone to teach the children anything else. If they ask, tell them exactly what Jesus Christ taught and nothing more since the Kingdom of God already belongs to them anyway.
This is not according to Jesus Christ's teachings or commandments at all.
The only thing all followers of Jesus Christ ought to embrace is the obedience of every single commandment as stipulated by Jesus Christ Himself.
DID CHRIST SAID THAT WE SHOULD WORSHIP HIM BRUH?

The old testament are relevants and are also use in reference to the Words of God . The old testament is more of God .
I get your point of view though
The Old testament is more on point? Jesus Christ already warned those who will follow after Him not to store New Wine in Old WineSkin. If you think yourself more knowing of God than the Son of God Himself, go ahead!

But here is a warning from Jesus Christ Himself, if you want to live as He did or do the things He did and more, it is His rules that you must follow and not the rules He gave the Old Covenant people. Those who claim to believe in Him but refuse to do as He commands have Hell fire awaiting them on the other side of death. Yes, Hell is not for the unbelievers, no, it is instead prepared for those who claim to be Christians but choose to follow their own path instead of the path set by Jesus Christ Himself.

Dear Sir/Ma. The law and prophets (old testament) are there for us to learn from, hence what Jesus did when He came to the earth. Read through the Gospels again, and you'll see that Jesus quoted from that same old testament. He said He didn't come to abolish the law but to fulfil it Matthew 5:17,18.
You cannot have the full understanding of the new testament without making reference to the old. The old testament is like past mistakes that have to be studied, learned from and amended in the new way of life. Don't don't discard it, it is the Word of God.
Jesus is Lord. We win.

Thanks for the insults. I can take them as compliments. It shows what you guys are taught in your Bible classes.

Anyways, if you have common sense it doesn't cost you anything to Google them and be directed to their Facebook page instead saying nonesensical stuff here. I saw it on WhatsApp and search for their facebook page and it is indeed true.

Obviously, it doesn't seems you are proper education.

I am afraid you are too stuck in your old ways to realize what Jesus Christ in fact came to do. He fulfilled the old law so that He could introduce a New one for those of us who will chose Him instead. He did not tell you, a gentile, that you were now permitted to follow the old law, something that would have been against the very old covenant which was designed for the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, of which you are not.

Gentiles are welcomed into God fold through the New Covenant. Any Gentile that pretends to follow the Old covenant is living a deceitful existence and the only one deceived is the gentile in question.

Jesus Christ brought for us a New Covenant by which we are not made God's people but instead Children of God, with the promise of Heaven too. The Old Covenant has no promise of Heaven for the Children of Israel and they are not promised as Heirs of the Kingdom of God. Since according to Jesus Christ, you cannot mix the two covenants, it is futile pretending you can have one foot in the old covenant and one foot in the new Covenant.

That Jesus Christ quoted the Old, does not then mean He lied when He proclaimed that He has come with a new and lighter yoke with a burden that is easier than, you guessed it, the Old covenant, for those who want rest form it.

You are writing from feelings rather than from the knowledge of the scriptures. You are supposed to teach the Word, not argue it.
If Jesus had fulfilled the scriptures like I said earlier and you corroborated (Matthew 5:17,18) then it is the more reason why you should still learn from those scriptures. Romans 15:4 KJV
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
Now, I said "learn from", not "subject yourself to". Romans 3:28,31 KJV
Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. [31] Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
These verses show you that you are not subjected to the law, and that what you do (in respect to living your life like Jesus) in itself has fulfilled that same law.
You are not perfect, yes, and God does not expect you to automatically be perfect since believing in Christ Jesus, but the singular act of believing in Jesus has set you free, forever Hebrews 10:10,12 KJV
By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. [12] But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

I suggest you go back and carefully digest everything that I wrote in my last comment so you can better understand what it is Jesus Christ in fact did as is stated in the very gospels by Him.

The word "worship" as used in the Bible means "to serve in obedience". So, did Jesus Christ command that His followers obey Him? Absolutely!

This is true , more of it are in the old testament.
Even if they aren't true , will you engage in those acts as a Christain?
The first gentile Christians did not have the Old Testament teaching that you have today, neither did many of them have any of what is contained in the New Testament today. All they had was the Gospel of Jesus Christ as passed on to them by the apostles of Jesus Christ. They believed and went on to live fuller lives than many of your so-called Christians today who an entire Bible to read and learn from. That ought to cause you to realize that indeed the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, as taught by Jesus Christ alone, is more than sufficient for anyone who really truly wishes to live as Jesus Christ did.
