Well, I wouldn't precisely call the night weather 'warm' between January to March, at least. Dry wind below 15°C is already uncomfortable for people from warm climates and it could get as low as 12°C at night in Dubai. Imagine being out at that time without thick clothes cause you left your house during the day when it was warmer.
