this is how they made manitoba stop relative sponsorship when people turned it to business. Now even genuine people are affected and cant use their relatives any more. Stop making thing harder for Nigerians

North Central has lots of crime, and so is the area east of downtown between Winnipeg and Broad street. Infact, I would advise you stay away from downtown. Also try to consider the university of Regina's location with respect to distance from home and daycare.
As per day care, budget between $850 to 1000 per month
2bedroom condo in a good area, budget from $950 to $1400.
Child benefit is Federal, so the province doesn't matter.

Your children will grow in a sane environment and nothing that they do outside that won't get to you before they even get home
we all know each other
there are Nigerians in every city.
In my city, we have four Nigerian families and other singles
there are other Africans here too
NEVER been in traffic within my city and its environs
It can get cold (Very cold) just dress for the weather and you are good.
Not many opportunities for huslers that like doing like twenty jobs but if you are a professional or you can do two jobs, you are OK.
You will be surprised that most doctors are Nigerians + Indians and the best in the field (A Nigerian won an award of being the best surgeon in national rural surgical excellence and he is in one of Saskatchewan small cities... Although, if the point from this is removed from my to point, I still have 60 points which is the minimum, because I applied with PhD in Statistics.pls can I go ahead to submit my application. Anyways the cold in Saskatchewan is something else but I'm sure many Nigerians would not mind the cold if they have the opportunity to come to Canada . However, on the good side, the cost of housing is fairly moderate compared to most cities in Ontario.

According to info on Canada immigration website, a family of 2 will require $16,135 that is Canadian dollars. Juat say approximately $16,500 CAD. You can convert that with the prevailing exchange rate.

If you check on kijiji you can get a shared apartment in the range of $500 - $600 in Saskatoon.
