Just for the purpose of education, Nnamdi Kanu's case is different. Abaribe argued that the army invaded the residence of an individual on bail who ordinarily by being on bail is under the protection of the court. Thus he was able to paint the govt as the aggressor and on whose shoulder it lies for Kanu to be produced since he was seen freely before the invasion.
