You won't work for that timeframe but mostly it is applied towards the ending of your service year.

Lol. You can't leave when you want to. It means you can leave three weeks before you're discharged. For example, if your date of discharge is in March 2021, you will pass out in February.

I'll just advice you to develop good rapport with your PPA management & other supervisors.

The service thing wouldn't seem that serious at all.
You'd just cruise through it and find time for other relevant opportunities.

Check the date you started camp and compare with the date you are to finish, you will see the 3 weeks there. The leave is at the end of service year; if you started your service year Jan 1st, then you finish service by Dec 7th.

its for emergency purpose...BT u have to back ur claims with feasible evidence

The easiest way is to finish your service then you can get the terminal leave

If you are tired apply for redeployment, or ask your PPA to reject you, or break one of your ankles, or meet a covid positive person and get the disease.

If you just leave like that and they don't do your clearance (I'm not sure if they still do biometrics) you will be in the state of OYO.

Your last three weeks of NYSC is supposed to be PPA free....
