Federal High Court To Proceed on Christmas Vacation December, 22nd, 2020. The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court Hon.Justice John T. Tsoho has issued a circular notifying the Judges of the commencement of Christmas vacation from Tuesday 22nd, December, 2020. A circular dated 18th, day of November, 2020 issued by the Honourable Chief Judge. "Pursuant to the provisions of order 46, rule 4(c) of the Federal High Court civil procedure Rules, 2019, the Federal High Court will proceed on its Christmas vacation for the year 2020. From Tuesday 22nd December, 2020 to Friday 18th January,2021.
