Per the bolded, you seem unaware of the fact that Igbos' decision to exit Nigeria was an afterthought that occurred to them after they too had held virtually all other tribes from leaving Nigeria at a much earlier time. In fact Igbos invented the fraudulent, demonic and self centered "one-Nigeria" philosophy against the glaring contrary reality back then. Why a people saw white clearly but chose to call it black, and later turned around to admit that it is white but started accusing others of their own inconsistency is one puzzle I have still not been able to solve about Igbos.
