Funny enough, this nonsense was written on Twitter. He should have used local Newspaper.

benjackugo:
Adamu Garba, a former presidential aspirant under the All Progressives Congress, APC, has explained why he and his team were absent at the hearing of his suit filed against the founder and CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey.

Adamu Garba said that his lawyers received the notice for the hearing late hence why they requested for an adjournment, IgbereTV reports.

Recall that Tope Akinyode, a Nigerian rights lawyer who filed a lawsuit challenging the criminal complaint administered by former Presidential aspirant, Adamu Garba against CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, said Garba and his lawyer’s failed to show up for hearing at the Federal High Court on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.

Speaking on his decision to not appear, Garba took to his Twitter account to reveal the reasons, while also stating that his team will pursue the case to the end.

Didn't your Lawyer tell you that once you have filed an action in court, talking about it and making insinuations about the case is subjudice.

No wonder your name is adamu. it is not by asking for one billion dollars, you will end up getting nothing and bearing your cost.

nonsense. Be grateful your account hasn't been suspended. aridirin.

Dont be surprised the said Tope Akinyode is in the loop. Jack didn't send him message. In other to have a case, they brought Tope up. The same way they used one hungry self claimed activist to file suit against celebrities.

This is the backdoor approach to shutting down social media.

Don't be fooled by this charade

So unfortunate for some of us to share territorial identity with all these low lives at the corridors of power.
