Its only exterior design

In programming language
The young man is a UI designer and probably will need a UX Engineer to help the plane fly
That what Nigeria environment don't really appreciate or have. Nobody is ready to help the poor boy to developed his creativity to reach an advanced stage.. The boy will be good in designing interior of a plane or ship and some other things.. We have many of them but talent is just wasting away in Nigeria

Minister of science and technology, Ogbonnaye Onu, during the book lunch the other day you said that our youths needs encouragement please encourage that boy. Your ministry dwell much on theory, instead of practical.

Nice analysis just like a Front End will always need a Back End to make it work.

UX is User Experience.

or did you mean the backend.

They are two different aspects of programming. The former deals with what how the user feels while using the app and the later deals with the server side of the app

Your note may sound harsh, but what indeed is there to celebrate in someone building a toy replica of an aircraft in 2020.
Even 100 years ago, many western builders of aircraft built things more functional in the basement of their houses.
Why do we celebrate mediocrity!

Right.

The Guy i quote opine that the inventor need a UX designer to fly the aircraft, that is wrong.

The logic to make aircraft fly is equivalent to backend system in programming i.e the business logic of the application.

Oh, I get you now the Backend is needed for it to work and not the UX.

That is the big question. We should have long moved beyond this stage of building matchbox cars that cannot be driven just to show we can imitate reality. While not trying to demean the young man's efforts, 20 years is not a small age and we have millionaire entrepreneurs of that age providing real value in exchange for customer's money even in this country.

If he cannot write a business plan around it but is relying on Government to give him a grant just for doing this, so he can lavish it, then he should forget it. We need to start encouraging the development of things with real value in exchange for real money.

This is what they call raw talent. It might just be a body work. But if this talent is refined, nutured and given the right knowledge and exposure, I am sure the plane will fly some day. E
