I am a Kwara State civil servant based in Ilorin. Things are very hard and my salary is too meagre for me to qualify for a substantial bank loan. Thus, I need a helper that will help me with loan to start up my planned book publishing business.

I am a graphic designer and also skilled in web coding (html. css. Js and php). I need a laptop and some capital to rebuild my life by pursuing my dream and helping myself out of poverty. Age is not on my side (close to 40) and I have dependants.
