Guys I'm about to order a phone from aliexpress which cost about $400+ and I heard that most banks have reduced their spending limit to $100. Please fellow shoppers is there any bank that has a higher cap that will allow me order. If no, do you know if western union method will work for that amount on aliexpress?
Please I would appreciate replies from anyone that has tried it.

You'll have to chat with the seller to allow split payment, where you'll have to use 4 different cards.
