You are the one who is uninformed. You think a SCOTUS will give a favourable judgement on a case that lacks merit in lower courts. The judges who said the case lacks merit were appointed by Trump and George W Bush. You can't relitigate at a higher court. Rudy has already said he is not alleging fraud in the lower courts. So on what basis does he intend to throw out the votes?

You think Judges are there to favour someone's personal whims over the constitution? If so, Alito is a George Bush man, the same Bush that hates Trump and has already congratulated Biden.
