Very brilliant and well articulated, they have recruited hungry e worriors from west to defend them online, and blame Igbos, just look at what happened after SARS protest how they manipulated them and they started blaming Igbos, that Igbos want to destroy Lagos, last week I saw picture of Emir of Fulani of Lagos one posted I saw how some Yoruba e-worriors were attacking the guy that created the thread used Eze ndi Igbo as a reference, I shooked my head and laugh, is it that these guys haven't learnt any lesson from Kwara, I love the part "The Fulani has not changed their tactic of instigating strifes and rebellions for the discomfort of their foes, and recruiting allies in the bedroom of the enemy". they will rather blame and hate Igbos than Fulani people that have dealt with them, typical example is #endsare protest in Lagos, the north killed and burnt many properties in Lagos even the Lekki shooting but the cowards were busy attacking Igbos, they see Igbos as threat because of their progressive nature than the north, never in history have Igbos forcefully taken or occupy any tribe's land, what ever they owns outside Igbo land its their wealth they used and acquired them from the natives, take your time and read the article you will understand why I said Yoruba and Igbo can never unite, because of Muslim among them who are welling tools at the hands of Caliphate, Yoruba among themselves can't even unite not to talk of other tribes in South, the Yoruba Christians can easily form alliance with Igbos or others in South but Muslim among them case for another day. This is fact

Cc LegendHero, NGpatriot, Omenka, OneTemplate, Helinues, seunmsg .

You just hit the nail on the head with your summary. The Yorrober Muslims are the problem of the south, too much envy, hatred and jealousy against Igbos.

Original Mumu at it's finest! Look at this useless Afonja, when the daughter of a prominent Yoruba elder statesman was killed by maurading and bloodsucking Fulanis, was it not Tinubu that went there to shout "Where are the cows" showing support to his Fulani masters just like the way the Grandfather of Yorubas Afonja sold his birthright to Alimi the fulani over a plate of gbegiri soup and Ewedu.

You are right about the minority tribes. But you start from the known to the unknown.
If the bane of Igbo politics with 5 distinct states is population, now that Igbo presidency is a hot topic, it would do well to focus on the basics first, which is an igbo president from the Bloc that has a bigger front.

Just to cause more confusion and disunity among the southerners.

What will happen is that at the end of the day the north will throw the APC ticket to the Igbos and Yorubas and the North will use PDP to retain power.

All these Tinubu brown envelope boys who parade themselves as journalists are very pathetic.
Journalists are trained to be objective and avoid being emotional or sentimental but these Tinubu boys have failed woefully in that aspect. In their desperate attempts to defend Tinubu and project his interests, they end up throwing objectivity out of the window. This pathetic writer condemned Igbos and specifically called out Igbo men he claimed sold out to the Fulanis but he failed to mention Yorubas who have done worse over the years, particularly Tinubu, he sold out to the Fulani in 2015 against the South. Tinubu's selfish acts of 2015 was the worst ever betrayal of a Southerner against any Southern president in history of Nigeria but the brown envelope journalist didn't even mention it because it will put his principal in bad light.

Whoever must come to equity must come with clean hands. To be fair, the writer made some valid points but his failure to rise above ethnocentrism, emotions and sentiment rubbished everything.

If the Yorubas truly want to be fair and preempt the Fulanis, then they should rise above pettiness and selfishness. Common sense should tell them that 2023 should be the turn of Igbos. How would they want to rule again in 2023 when OBJ had 8 years and Osinbajo would have had another 8 years by 2023?? Does it even make sense when the Igbos haven't even been in the presidency since 1999??

Now greed is pushing Yorubas to contest again in 2023 against common sense and fairplay, thereby giving the Fulanis an opportunity to call the shots again. So, when you guys childishly make it a contest between Yorubas and Igbos, thereby giving the Fulanis the chance to come in play a fatherly role of determining which side should rule, won't the person that benefits sees them as his benefactor, and thus do their bidding?

Yorubas claim to be politically sophisticated but in reality they're novice in the game. If Fulanis were to be in the position of Yorubas now, they will calculate and know that it isn't feasible for them to rule now and would immediately become a kingmaker to who will eventually emerge, thereby firmly being in control at all times.

SMH!

Leave them, they're so myopic, shortsighted and ignorant yet they claim to be suffersicated. Between 1999 & 2023, that's a total of 24 years, the Yorubas would have occupied the presidency for 16 years! More than anyone else, including even the Fulanis and all these were based on the magnanimity of other Nigerians, yet in their greed, they still want to rule again in 2023 even when they know they can't win on their own without the support of others. Now the question is, how and why should others support a section that has had more than their own fair share? Do they even think other Nigerians are stupid or what?!

On what ground will the North or Fulani support them when they've been in the presidency even more than the Fulanis since 1999?!

I don't even need a sorcerer to know that a Yoruba man won't be in the presidency by 2023. People who are smart would have understood the reality and play kingmaker role but they're too shortsighted to even know that.

So pathetic!
