I hear say police no dey joke with cases of rifles getting missing in the hands of their officers.

If that is the case, then Garba Salisu should just kiss his job goodbye. E don use him job shayo be dat. And that is if he doesn't end up in jail considering that it wasn't snatched from him while using it for official purpose. But lost due to gross indiscipline, drunkenness at that.

After seeing these post, I flash back to 5 years ago back then in my former compound, there was these faithful day my landlady was doing a clean up in her house, so she packed some of her stuff downstairs so she could clean her apartment properly..

Then I saw one particular object looking like a water bottle lying down where the rest of her stuffs were.. I then picked it up and drew out one string from the body.. Lo and behold, I released a tear gas on my face...lol..

It wasn't funny that day.. I actually thought I was going to go blind or even die.. grin grin

Yeah you might be asking how did the tear gas get to that place.. Her husband (my landlady) husband was a police man before he passed away,so some of his properties were still in the house..

This country na wa o.

The process of recruiting personnel into most of the country's security agencies is very flawed. Those that are of sound mind and very passionate about the job are often overlooked for unqualified misfits such as the one in the above video.

Inevitably a chaotic, inefficient, and ineffective security outfit is the outcome.

The tragedy of all these is that those that bear the brunt of such a dysfunctional system are the citizens whom the unprofessional and unintelligent security personnel are mandated to protect.

Little wonder bandits, kidnappers, and other unscrupulous elements are running amok all over Nigeria like their playing field. But of course, it is their playing field as the watchmen, from the Command in Chief of the Armed Forces to the lowest rank, are just a crop of ignorant, incompetent, and useless nincompoops.
