Wonder why SE is backward? They always jump in defense of any crimes committed, and that's the greatest loops in their progress. When it happens elsewhere they will come up with all sort of narratives to mock others but when it happens in their backward region, you see them in defense of the same crimes. That's what victim mentality, lingering from civil war, can cause to a whole region.
