Dont mind the grammatical errors my fellow nairalanders

Cutting long stories short, an urgent and sensible advice is needed on this matter because am in awe with my house caretaker, for over 2years now this man has not called me or ask me for house rent even when am aware people in our compound are paying their own rent.

And to be honest with you as at this write up I do not have the fees to pay and as we are entering the new year it gonna be 3years am owing, when I had the money to pay he didnt worry me and I used it for something else now the bill is pilling up and business never de gell couple with this corona...

I dont know what to do because this man silence is disturbing me seriously and no hope of acquiring 3years house rent to pay once and I cannot call him bcux I don't know what to tell him.

My friend told me that maybe my village people are covering his eyes not to see me what if it's TRUE and eventually he eye come clear what will be my fate.

Please I want honest and serious advice as soon as possible make I no go mad because am having this feeling that this gonna end in premium tears

Your not paying it as at when due assuming they've forgotten you is dubious.

You should have paid when you had the money the first time. Your rent money is not something you should joke with to avoid embarrassment and stress. Now you’re owing three years and only have one year rent, I would have said you should pack out secretly lol but that would be a dishonest and cruel thing to do. But I also have a feeling the caretaker is being dishonest too as in not remitting to the landlord if not he should be aware of the discrepancies in the yearly rent. Anyway just go and pay your one year and lock up. If he says you’re owing plead with him for time
