Did you even apply at all? What do you mean by higher roles? Majority applied for General Duty whose requirements was BSC/BA

Calm down, Ogbeni. A BSc holder may choose to use his or her SSCE, ND, or NCE to apply for a lower role instead of using Bsc to apply for a higher role. The purpose is to boost his or her chances.

The Bsc holder roles are mostly reserved for highly connected people.
