Very little minded people with absolutely nothing to their name always feel the need to put others down to validate their own superiority.

You feel awfully little about yourself that's why you have to make others appear little in your own eyes so you may appear big. Eastern cities mostly have exotic look unlike what obtains in some parts of Nigeria where you see lots of disgusting slum settlements that pass of as towns or even state capitals. I'm in Owerri now and I must say that the city is breathtaking by Nigerian standards.
