I think so too, it might be lethargy @CaptainZubi is your work extremely stressful, are you in traffic alot. Exercise works magic, you might be depressed or stressed out.

Those are some symptoms of HIV,I suggest u go for a test first

Op, I just have 3 advice for you
1. Go to the hospital, it may not be a serious issue
2. Hit the gym, focus on fitness and diet, it balanced several hormones in the body
3. Always pray, if you're a Christian I'd I'd advice you read 2 to 5 chapters of psalms every night before sleeping.
If you follow my advice above you'd surely thank me in 3-6 months to come

Change the food you eat and time you eat. Eat more of vegetables and fruit. You are what you eat. If your body uses more energy to brake down the food you eat, you become weak and as all machine do, your body needs to reset.

Could be sleep apnea. Are you overweight? Do you snore heavily? Are your tonsils enlarged? See a Dr first and do a sleep analysis. There might be worse underlying conditions.

Have you tried regular exercise? I'm always sluggish when I haven't exercised and I definitely feel more refreshed and energized when I do. I also feel like I sleep better. If that doesn't work, you may want to see a doctor. I know there are some conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome that they are able to help with.
