The phone i ordered from aliexpress is over 4 months still stuck in transit. I'm just so panic knowing that aliexpress will mark the dispute as Invalid if opened.

Is there any hope?
Is there anyone with same issue?

I asked the seller to extend buyer protection time and he did.

Recently I have always lost dispute for goods shipped with aliexpress standard shipping even with different screenshot of tracking informations.

How do someone gets so know which shipping company a seller shipped with?

In AliExpress, go to Account > Orders> Tracking, and you will see the carrier the seller used to ship your item.

Most real life reviews of things bought in WISH that I have seen is generally negative. Most of their products are not original or just not well made. I think @ oladele239 is better off shopping at AliExpress.

@ oladele239, just log into AliExpress and browse through their plethora of jewelries and check out those with many reviews. Hint, check number of orders vs reviews left. Eg a product that sold 20,000 times and have only 6 five star reviews is certainly worth avoiding as the other reviews not seen must've been negative hence the reason the seller decided to cut it off. Goodluck.

Nah, sellers on wish are majorly same sellers on Aliexpress, and other Alibaba owned Chinese sites.

I ordered a DTX watch since August 30th. I've been tracking it but since last month it showed delivery failed. I tried to raise a dispute asking for a refund but I was told my claim was invalid and I should check the post office or soeome has collected it on my behalf. Attached is the tracking picture.
Please what can I do to get my item or a refund
This is my first order, so I don't know much.

Ordered since September 16th oh, BP will soon expire. Arrived in Nigeria last month. Don't know why Post office has been slow, I've received the other package I ordered same day last month.

Na wa oo. Seems they are partial with their judgement. I am a Diamond member maybe that's why I always win against sellers. In fact, the last three items I bought was refunded and two was later delivered in three days after I received my money. I had to send back the money through payment ticket

The shipment was handled by ALIEXPRESS. I am suspecting foul play. There was not delivery/arrival detail. Only shows item has left originating country
