After struggling to read thru the last 4pages. Here is my conclusion

1. RadAutoworks Keep up the good work, Gods blessings always.
2. JpWorld should be left alone, whatever he decides to charge his drivers is his own fucking business.
3. Felicity is or might be a hoodlum Driver
4. AngryIboman should come back and finish the gist. Imagine after waiting the rider cancels the trip?
5. Where is izzou?
6. We need more violence grin
7. No more points just wanted it to end in 7.

Unfortunately the mechanic we were using at Ladipo pass away about 1 year ago or so .. He died under weird or maybe preventable illness .. Some said it was jazz etc me I don't know.. While he was sick we notice certain things he was hiding from us came out .. I was upset at him when the truth came out. And I was planning to spark for him and let him know how unhappy I was with him .... But he died shortly after that.. It was a sad situation.

This particular Civic with sludge was given to the first driver as tokunbo.. He drove the car for at least 1 year plus. All we did was oil change and basic maintenance. When we forcefully took the car from the driver is when we did any repairs .. The repair cost was roughly maybe 50k naira or so .. We had to take steering rack from another tokunbo civic that have not put on the road yet for this red.. But since than the car is very ok and low on maintenance..

The civic mechanic specialist I used in the past was just useless.. He seems to be very good ,but you have to chase him around to do his job.. It got to a point I felt I was begging him with money to do his job.. I no get time ,so from time to time I use Ayo Bishop to do small repairs here and there.. Once you get a very good civic your repair cost is down ..

But with any car it boils down to finding the rite mechanic for the Job... So for now I don't have an official mechanic, once I can do the basic maintenance on the cars , mechanic visit will be less or just basic fixes that any blind mechanic can attended.. Sometimes it sounds simple, I once had a mechanic in front of me empty a whole 5quart of oil into the engine without checking the oil level.. The car had too much oil inside, something so simple can become disastrous for your car.....
Are promoting bishop like this?

Are promoting bishop like this?

He had worked on both on my uber cars and personal cars before. I had a blue civic that was shorten oil and he was able to fix it . Than the same civic had excess fuel consumption and other issues that nobody was able to diagnose.. It was taken to different mechanic and it was try and error job everyone was doing.. The civic specialist near ladipo was useless, it was bring the car tday or come today.. Time was wasted going up and down ,it was like paying someone to do a job and you are begging them after paying them .. It was nightmare and I eventually selling the car less than 1 week I put it up for sale ..someone that is patient enough with the car will figure it out and fix it.........

My main objective is stay away from mechanic shops as much as possible.. My goal is if anything needs fixing it will just minor things

Adding "work your ass off" was just giving his arguement any slight possibility which isn't.
But it is okay.

My a/c was not cooling well, I took my car to a/c specialist who told me he needs to change compressor clutch. I asked him to change after which it didn't work, he had to change compressor and condenser, still called me that it wouldn't still be okay till we change evaporator, that he just found out that it's leaking and I sent him money. I went to pick my car on Saturday evening and on my way home the AC stopped working again, and the worst is that the car is overheating.
Please what could be the problem and possible solution.
Thanks

In that situation you won't see a visible leak when the coolant gets to a certain temperature they vaporize and leaves no trace the best way to get a leaking radiator or water pump mostly is to fill it up run the car on a spot for 30 to 45 minutes then ask SOMEONE YOU TRUST OOOO. To step on the brake and engage while still in drive let press down the brake pedal and you carefully inspect the radiator rubber packing round and Thermostat area then the water pump

Boss you will surely see it that way, cuz for you not to see it means the leak is still quite minimal and not in excess crack.
after much observations , the radiator cap was swapped with another, the reserve cap too with leak was fixed with glue.....

Radiator is fine nw.....

Been waiting for the opportunity to put this out there, but didn't know if you'd want me to or not ma.

I have been under your employment for about 6 months, and I must say, its been an amazing journey. Yours is the  kind that is extremely rare to find. You're not a part of them, you do not do things like them, you're different, you give so much motivation, love and energy to your employees, such that your customers and the world at large, could see your person through us.
Its been love from day 1, up until this minute.

Who keeps her chauffeur even though she's been out of town for a very long time? The young man just dey enjoy him (no)work. Maybe JP  for don fire am, one month before departure, with the intention of hiring another when he gets back.
He said to me today "bro, as a driver, I never get any reason to stay anywhere for two years, but since I come here, na so oh...na love oh, we are a family here."

You're approachable and infact, always there. You're so near, yet so far away.

All your employees, from RadAuto to RadRentals, to your domestic staff, are more than satisfied and they feel more than blessed to have you as their boss.

Your energy on the phone is contiguous, comes with an infectious smile, e go cheer even the saddest person back to life.

I'm grateful for the privilege to serve under your employ. You have my loyalty 100percent.

I see RadAuto taking over the automobile mechanic industry in the nearest future and I'm willing to continue to be a part of that success.

I do not think there are two of your kind.

You turned 2020 around, for me especially.

Pray earnestly for a #BossLikeRad

I'M GRATEFUL MA.

This really moved me. This showa She's giving hope to the hopeless. God will reward you Autorad accordingly. Thanks a lot, you are highly appreciated

Do i have any branding to build, she is doing giveaway for her own interest.

I have once offer to give 10k to highest earner every week. So drivers will post dashboard, all of you decline, why am i offering 10k weekly, because i want to buy information, to ascertain current market situation. When no one is Sharing dashboard, i hit the road for 4 weeks to know the current market situation.

I don't know if you're one of the hoodlums? That is looking for palliative car?

Don't worry if you need money for food, pm privately i will dash you little token for survival.
Bros, why are you reasoning like this? Even if she's doing it for her interest, you can do your own without any interest now. If I'm right someone that won one of the scanners was never her customer and never active on this tread, to the extent that many people were furious about it including myself, though I didn't say anything about it cos it was late before I read about it and I didn't want to draw the tread back. The conversation between you and your driver-partner above is as a result of the burden you put on him. A desperate driver would quickly take your offer in this period not thinking of his strength in the job and how he's going to meet up or intentionally took the offer just to cashout from you. What can your partner say about you? Look at what @Thatniccur put on the tread for Radauto. How many of your partners would turned down lesser remittance if they see one from another partner? My brother, if your conscience is pure with what you are doing, no P but don't look for loopholes from other, especially someone like radauto, in other to proof right your standard. From all indications, She's far far from you. Thanks

Lol.

I don't have employees, i have business partners am not paying them salaries, i only rent out cars to my business partners.

I don't have a brand to build in renting business, pay me my rent and have peace of mind.

Radautoworks survive through Nairaland, she need to be on drivers side, for branding of her company.

But she won't raise a finger to help any of them, until she start buying cars for rental, until she start offering free services to drivers on HP, then i will agree she has drivers on mind.

Not buying 4000 scanner in Alibaba give out to 6people, then claim scanner cost 25k.

Lol...She gave me a job on a platter of gold bro, without sweating it.

She doesnt survive through nairaland uber thread bro. Uber drivers do not drive Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, ML350, BMW x6, Porsche Panamera and other luxury cars bro. Stop the hate already.

Do not let your thirst for justifying wicked actions make you blind to the truth.

Even after showing you proof of the price for the scanners, you still tell lies. Shows how low you can get.
You only criticize what you do not know. Oya do giveaway, 4k for 5- persons, like it's that easy.

Like she said, she's just giving back.

This is my last reply to you. Everyone knows the truth already.

Pray about that bitter soul.

Love and Light.

I will continue to do what is right for my business.

If u divert ur weekly rental money for ur personal use, that is dishonesty, i won't continue working with you. Just hug transformer if you don't like it.

Will radautoworks retain an employee that divert workmanship money for personal use?

Plenty of owners has sold off their cars, because they cannot make money, they only realize this after 1 or 2years.

Dis driver started working with me 3weeks ago, have to retrieve the vehicle immediately, he is calm and very manipulative. But was a able to detect his deceit early.

Well,
I just think it's good business practice that of u get a chunk of ur business from a particular segement or area, it's always good to give back to that particular area so that they keep coming back so u can increase ur hold there.

Let's stop attacking jp, u never can tell which area he is operating, (maybe it's "ajegunle boys" that drive those cars and he has to be high-handed to get them working within business limit.
This one that everyone is "praising " radu...
I am suspecting the " Jamaican rice" is doing wonders. grin
Me though , I just want scanner even if it's the 4k or Alibaba type grin

Modified: I also want customized promo @ raduautoworks as I have decided to join "special enemy " to radu for just the time being till I see "things myself' or how did that guy put it again. I hear it will be be "showers of blessings" for doing so
