SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS
It is expected that every candidate waiting for the list has 5 printed documents by now.

1 Photocard
1 Parents/guardians declaration form
1 Attestation of local government of origin
2 reference forms

Photo card : This one needs no signing.

Parents/guardians declaration form :
The parents/guardians declaration form can be signed by your parents (father or mother) be them civilians or military officer (serving or retired). You might be tempted to use one military officer as your guardian to better your chances, think twice. What if that officer has more than one candidate in your state and the board chairman decides to honour only one? What if the board chairman is/was not in good terms with the officer? And what if the board chairman is the boy of the officer signing as your guardian? Just choose wisely.

Attestation of local government of origin : Ideally this should be signed by your local government chairman or secretary but in their absence you can walk into any barrack and enquire about any officer from your state with the rank of Lt. Col. and above. Make sur you go with your certificate of origin, explain yourself to him/her and am sure they would sign. You can also look for your state liason office if any in your location to sign the document. Note, any officer (Army, Airforce, Navy, Customs, Immigration, Police, SSS, etc) from your state but not necessary from your LGA with a rank equivalent to Lt. Col. or above can sign.

Reference forms: Here we are expected to sign tow copies. As specified, the reference form should be signed by local government chairman/secretary or an officer of the Armed forces(Army, Navy, Airforce) not below the rank of Lt. Col. or equivalent or an Assistant Commissioner of police and above who hails from your state but not necessary your LGA.

Option A: For those presently in their state of origin, give your Parents/guardians declaration form to your father or mother or guardian to sign then head to the state high court to be signed/sworn by the commissioner of oath. Then take your
Attestation of local government of origin and one Reference form to the LGA office. Let the chairman or secretary sign the Attestation of local government area of origin and one reference form. Then look for an officer as specified above to sign your second reference form and you are done.

Option B: For those presently far from their state of origin, I pray you have a relative close by because not everybody would agree to append his/her signature on this form. Give your Parents/guardians declaration form to your guardian to sign then head to the state high court to be signed/sworn by the commissioner of oath. Then take your
Attestation of local government of origin and one Reference form to your state liason office if any. Let the person signing for the chairman or secretary sign the Attestation of local government area of origin and one reference form. Then look for an officer as specified above to sign your second reference form and you are done.
If there is no liason office of your state in where you are presently, na barrack sure pass. Go to any barrack and look for two officers from the rank of Lt. Col. or above hailing from your state but not necessarily from your LGA. One of the officers should sign your Attestation of local government of origin and one reference form while the other signs the second reference form and you are done.

All the best officers.

In the past army made provision for passports of referees but this time around it was omitted. So I believe nobody will penalise you for not affixing any. Meanwhile, if you can get their passports for security reasons but based on specification as stated on the reference form, its not necessary this year.

An AVM signed as one of my referees but yet to sign the attestation and the second referee. Hope the LGA chairman/sec can sign the two forms?
Secondly, must the commissioner of oath come from the high court?

Las las, army fall our hand. Upon all the "reliable" sauces and leaked signal, nothing still yet. Well, I don't want to be pessimistic about the screening holding this year yet.

Let's keep hope alive. Maybe something will happen very soon. However, I doubt if the screening will still kick off this week.

Bros if my piece annoyed you in any way, am sorry, never meant to show over sabi. He asked a question I wasn't sure about which prompted my use of the word 'Dicey' instead of misleading him. Bros please before picking offence in future post be it mine or not, read carefully and try to get the message one is trying to convey.
If you don't mind, I will enjoin you to look up the meaning and synonyms of Dicey and check my sentence to see if it was actually used to show ' I know too much'.

True talk bros, I remember how you took it upon yourself to share many signals as they came in back then but when army slightly change schedule people were ever ready to cast you.
Based on logistics, you suppose don deh eye captain now because I never for once believed you would not make Serti screening but I love your faith and resilience.
How far, you don become chaplain fully?

Yeah you are correct. If the list don’t come out tonight or tomorrow morning I don’t think this week is feasible. Because the conference holding is a factor. The screening will likely enter January sef
