Good morning gurus in the house, my pulse repair charger is on way to me, Which inverter will you recommend I get, kindly note I’m a new user with less than 200w consumption who just want a simple setup first so I can get familiar wit inverter energy then I will upgrade later

Thanks

.

Get a good pure sine wave inverter On-grid or off-grid btw 500w to 1000w. U can search Jumia or Jiji to get one, that's if wilmaria14 cannot get u a good deal. Cheers

Good evening fam, please how can I connect this type of battery (picture attached), to give 120ah, because I have 3 of it, each of it is 40ah? Pls, help a brother, wanna be charging them with solar panel
Yes u can in parallel, but do u have the pulse repair charger? It will really help that ur lithium batteries, even if its getting those smaller types on jumia

that is life po4 batteries right? Very rugged with long life span and also very delicate I'll advise you get somebody knowledge to help you in the connection, please how did you source them and is it still available?
Yes boss, thanks much, they r lifepo4, was just lucky to get the 3. But, I think each of them has a separate BMS, that's y I even bring it up, each is 12v 40ah. So as to be enlightened the best way to connect them to get 12v 120ah and also get them charged from Solar panels
Re: How To Create A Locally Made Inverter With Ease by mahkanjuh: 5:17pm On Dec 07, 2020
saint2ace:

I am not too accustomed to lifepo4 batteries but based on best practices I'll recommend the following: connect the 3 batteries to a busbar, all positives together and all negatives together and the u can connect ur Inverter cables, positive to positive and negative to negative.

The only draw back will be the charging as each battery will be charged individually with its charger as combining all the charging ports to one port would be cumbersome and dangerous.

Like I said this is my option and may not be the ideal, others who have better experience can chip in.......
Thanks very much for this enlightenment chief, grateful

Unfortunately the charging port of his batteries come with an Anderson port and can only be used with a specific charger. Trying to change it to use the regular chargers might not be what a DIY person can safely do.
So that leave out the pulse charger....

Except u're ready to run modifications on the charging inputs, and u need an expert for that, u might not be able to run it it solar directly, like I said just my opinion....

Hello sir,

It makes a lot of sense that you want to start small. It will save you a lot of costs as you begin your learning curve.

If you are hard-pressed on budget, you can begin with this brand new 2000w Suoer inverter that i have. It comes with a 20a charging function, meaning you do not even need to get a stand-alone charger just yet.

The actual market value is around 20 - 22k, but to get you started on your journey immediately, i can sell it to you for just 16k. You will also get a free DC voltage display to help you constantly monitor the voltage of your system.

Chat me up on 0908...374---8635 lets finalize

Cheers bro

you really need someone knowledgeable to guide you physically, those batteries are different from your normal batteries, if you were using only one then the stress wouldn't have been much but since you'll be connecting three in parallel you gast to be careful because the battery composition and charging system is different and sensitive, and mistake could be disastrous. With the right connections you really gon enjoy them batteries. if you chance upon the batteries again quote, I'm really in need of them.

I agree with you because I don't think the bms in those batteries support series or parallel connection, what I would have advised he does is remove all the bms in them, connect the three batteries together, bottom balance them, and connect a bigger bms to control them all

They support series n parallel connection, HE CANNOT REMOVE THE BMS.

HE CAN CONNECT THEM IN PARALLEL with the Anderson connector removed. He can user a busbar like someone said.

But the charging protocol must be observed.
I think Constant current constant voltage will do. Like lithium batteries

It is modified wave.
Good for basic appliances e.g certain tvs, bulbs etc

Bad for coil based appliances e.g blender, fan etc

What’s the different between local made ups inverter and normal modified wave inverter?

My propose consumption is less than 200w (tv, decoder, rechargeable fan, two bulbs). I have a pulse intelligent charger, I also have two 650v bluegate ups (two small batteries inside), do you suggest I use the ups or normal modified inverter will be better? Note, I will also get a 40ah or 100ah battery.. Thanks

There are other shops that still sell for less than 8k though shipped from abroad. Shipping is about 4k.
