What indices are they using?
Are death rates and birth rates properly recorded and documented in naija?

We need serious urgent population cutting policies due to infrastructure deficit.

While some is being forced to cut down naturally due to recession/common sense, another cares a little less due to religion..

When the disparity becomes too much, it's only logical restructuring must come or electoral college would come to play.

Northerners play politics with everything

Nigeria Population is no where close to 200 million. I can give you a prove. Check the population of Mali, Chad and Niger, going by population distribution as taught in elementary Geography you will know the population distribution particularly in the North is false. North West alone has a population more than Niger Republic. There is no geographical explanation to this. North West population is also more than Chad. There is no way this can be true. I am not only picking on North West, this analysis also affects other part of Nigeria. In the South there is no country below I would have used that to compare as well. So it is not only a northern bogus population it is all over the country.

It is possible if, as I believe, Nigeria's population is being swelled by influx from other West African and Central African nations. Nigeria, unlike other African nations, does not boast about numbers of none nationals that full the country.

Something needs to be done,, cuz its obvious we cant take care of all these pikin dem. I suggest the FG starts a sensitization campaign that tells people the dangers of giving birth to kids you cant cater for. "If you can't feed it, you don't need it." should be the lifestyle everybody lives by for the time being. And lastly, we need a real census. I suggest it be done all digitally so that rigging becomes harder to do
