2018 People have started receiving this year's payments... I am not sure about other beneficiaries from different year though.

there is a yearly screening that takes place ,this year have not be screened ,i doubt if screening wouldnt take place be4 payment

everything is possible in Nigeria ,but I doubt that .because there is benefit to both the fsb and the candidate .if u know u know .
