Don't always take CC at face value. Their reliability scores are poorly weighted, and give same priority to similar complaints about the infotainment, etc as to actual mechanical issues.

2015 is probably the one with least complaints because it was the year before the facelift. I expect sales were lowest in 2015 too.

I was in this same predicament some weeks ago , exactly my choices - however I settled for the Lexus ES 350 2014 , car hasn’t arrived yet but I hope I made the best choice - didn’t want to go for a Benz because the c300 is too common

Hybrid wahala be like bicycle, unless you have good technician who can handle the car when issues arise. My advice forget the hybrid and go for regular civic.
