Has anyone had this experience with bet9ja before? I won this bet and it was recorded as lost. Anybody who knows how to go about this should help please

I played Midtjylland v Liverpool and the game ended 1-1, how come they said it's lost, do they want to manipulate it because of the high odd they allocated to it?

lost. The option chosen is that both clubs must score at least 2 goals and above. 2-2, 3-2 3-2 4-2 5-2 2-7 4-4 2-5 etc
