The Election day argument in Foster vs Love has already been litigated by the Supreme Court in this Election cycle and the Court decided against the Republican who brought the argument.

The US Supreme Court in reference to the Nov 3, 2020 Election clearly stated that, what they meant by "Election Day" in Foster vs Love is the act of casting of ballot and it totally excludes the act of counting those ballots or canvassing those ballots, which can take days or even weeks. The Supreme Court conclude that, PA is in compliance with Foster vs Love because they concluded the Act of balloting on November 3, despite the fact that canvassing of ballots took days and weeks....see relevant excepts from that order...

And another thing is that if the motion goes in favor of Texas, then it means the Electoral College meeting for final selection of Electors for the States and voting will be SUSPENDED, which means Biden presidential elect title from the MSM in officially in LIMBO. I don't know where you got your info from since main stream media (which all leftists worship) have refused to report on the Texas case, but the cases have nothing to do with hear say affidavits. Its mainly about the states violating their own electoral laws.

I am not an American and i don't live there. There law is theirs. The case is being filed by the Attorney General of a State (Texas). No lawyer goes to court without a chance of winning no matter how slim. Over 10 Attorney Generals of other states have joined the suit so as to put more pressure on SCOTUS to hear it. They are careful not to focus on fraud as they may need to prove beyond every reasonable doubt that there was fraud. The Trump campaign is focusing on that. These guys are focusing on the constitution and its provisions. The idea is that once it is verified that they violated their own laws, the prayer is that the Legislature is given the go ahead to select electors, which gives trump the edge instantly.

Let's wait for the outcome. If they win, fine for all Trump supporters. If they lose, the status quo remains, Biden becomes President and his supporters rejoice.

But i can tell you one thing for free, Biden and his camp are not calm because in high profile cases like this, the tide could turn. If you doubt it, ask O.J Simpson's in-laws.

Ok, let's wait and see what the verdict says. And just so you know, those election laws you keep talking about were put in place by repulican legislatures. SCOTUS knows what's at stake here (81 million Americans that wanted Trump out). The last time I checked, the rule of law was still held at the highest regards here and I am sure that will prevail. I can tell you confidently, that case will not see light of the day. Take my word for it.

But you said the legally enlightened described the case as a longshot and stupid, which means you're indirectly implying the Texas AG is not among those group you referred to as "legally enlightened". Because if you are now saying that the Texas AG is also legally enlightened, then it means that negates your earlier statement that legally enlightened people referred to the case as a longshot and stupid. Because it now means among those legally enlightened, some think it is a longshot and some don't think it is a longshot. So which one exactly are you talking about now?
