bros , no body is perfect ,only a fool thinks they are .....I adviced my friend base on the little knowledge/idea I have by changing the Poly and get a quality Timing belt (Belgium ) which I thought would have solved the situation but didn't , any crime in getting ideas/solution from others here?

Check if any of the wheels it turns is not stalled. Had similar experience, but not with the timing belt, alas! the culprit was the AC compressor!

Ple help : my friends Toyota Picnic always has timing belt issue ,in a week the belt can cut like 3 to 4 times after buying new timing belt , which I told him the new once are fake and he should go for the Belgium once , and also change the POLY (the round iron stuff that turns the belt ) which he changed the poly and also changed the belt , he just called to tell me the belt has cut again ..
pls what could be the issue ?? Its urgnt pls , both belt and poly are Belgium . 2 days ago was fixed ..car Gurus pls to the Rescue

Gazzuzz is it that the Belgium bought was not original ? Or what is the actual problem of the cut in timing belt ? Since I changed the Poly , and pls explain the OEM belt for more details

The real problem is not the belt, I suffered this for close to a year before I changed the complete Poly and oil seals

Had this same issue for long period. I changed everything including rollers, adjuster, compressor and alternator pulleys, etc...nothing worked! Very frustrating experience. Eventually, I removed 1 string from the belt - i.e made it 5pk instead of 6pk...and that was it! It worked perfectly. Serpentine belt that I changed almost on daily basis, if not twice daily, started lasting over a year! Try and see if it works for you.

Check for oil leaks and buy a complete set of rollers, adjuster, pulley and check for mark which could cause damage to the belt. Some times depending on the model a damaged water pump could also be responsible
