From your explanation here, it seems the battery that abruptly reduced in power must have eventually gone dead. This could mean the battery is faulty from factory or from how or with what u charge it. My observation though.

I've had it for one year plus,so the question of factory problem is out of it, and also it was charging and the next minute couldn't power on. I am suspecting the battery is dead... How can I get a new one

Pls,how can I backup my data before factory reseting my a5pro

With the Umidigi Gibson, you have no choice but to register 2/3 fingerprints........

The placement on the left side, is just so so wrong........ (manageable), simply because we are used to having the fingerprint, either on the back, front, screen or right side........
