I just bought this property, it’s a 4 bedroom duplex in heart of town in Uyo. A friend did well to give me a redesign for the new facelift, but I know it could be better. Inputs will highly be appreciated. Thanks.

More pictures , I intend to take out the BQ to create more space too.

Hi I am a building engineer.
Have you considered contemporary designs.
Changes can be done to the windows and roofing to get that modern look. The pillars would need a bit of work too.

Contemporary designs are cheaper, low roof , most times no giant pillars in front of the building.

Yes it would, but with adjustment.

There are other designs that would fit perfectly without much adjustments.
