What research...? History is what you make of it...everybody can claim anything in their history and bring it to wikipedia but the fact still remain the fact...!!

If history is what you make of it, what makes facts facts? Do you think people just research and publish things just for show. It’s called documentation for a reason. That the world war 1&2 happened was a historical fact, that Oduduwa was the progenitor of the Yoruba tribe is an anthropological fact, that Jesus Christ existed is an archeological fact. If anyone wants to change or present a different views to all these anywhere or on Wikipedia, an acceptable superior reference material that exposes the flaw of the current one is needed. This is Wikipedia terms.

Oga like I comment earlier..history is what you make of it..You choose to believe what you just write down and that's for you cos you have that right..others also choose to believe a different history from what you believe in and its their right also to do that..so what are you saying...? the main thing there is truth always stands out no matter any way you or anyone skew the history...El-Rufai is an Ebira man and that's a fact.. like I said before before his death he work with ABU Zaria..and that's a pointer for you to explore...!!

I seriously don't care about El-Rufai or what you think of him. My point frankly is that history is not just want you say, there are irrefutable historical facts and unless someone is very daft, it's impossible to fall for such.

This is not true. Wikipedia is supervised. Only users with Wiki permission can edit policy pages, if you don't have mod privilege, you can't do shit.

Yes, people often mistake every northern as Hausa Fulani.

People like Abdulsalam and IBB are Gwaris while Gen. Gowon was from a tribe in Plateau state.

Some people do say Gen. Muritala Mohammed's genealogy was from Auchi in he present Edo state.
