u can use the garlic to boil ur meat then the broth from the meat u add it to the rice.it spices it up..its not a must oo

aghh i am not a tourist to be traveling around the caribbean nau.i have been to atigua.atigua is very close here too.each of the islands are seperated by the carribean sea.

there is no fixed way of doing naija fried rice cos there are ppl who add cabbage to it while others will shout they cant be caught adding cabbage to it.so add anything that will spice up the taste.i take it u a pro in cooking too
