People initially fled the country for economic reasons but now security has been added to the list. If not for strict immigration policy by other countries, 90% of Nigerians would have been long gone.

Or can we say if more people are having enough resources that can give more options.

Honestly, I don't think any sane person will not want to leave Nigeria, those having investment here in Nigeria are having multiple passport.

Be surprised that they will still vote for the same thieves who calls themselves Nigerian leaders. Nigerians are their own problem, The never vote for positive changes or the best candidates, they vote for who ever is from their tribe or religious group.

That's d way it is. If u dig deep, u will find out that it's d people destroying d country that are at d fore front of buying citizenship in other countries while their supporters who insult& fight for them on NL& Twitter, can't afford bus fare from Kano to Lagos. For instance, d clown who was saying buhari till 2023 only for him to get news a few hours later that his younger ones had been kidnapped in katsina
u r right....I was sad for the parents of those children... But a part of me had no sympathy for the fool whose 2 brothers has not been seen...

I almost said he deserves it ..but then again he might be the only fool in d house...those kids that r missing r innocent of the poor and senseless judgement of the older brother.

This country that was ones our pride is ruined...gone to the dogs

The fact that you were born in the shithole doesn't mean you have to die in this shithole... If it is part of your destiny to leave, you would understand that statement.

God bless you bro. Na our politicians dey buy citizenship.ielts, illegal immigration and refugee na him ordinary people dey do. The least citizenship price is $100,000 per person. How many Nigerians can afford that? Omo it is over, naija can never get better.

The best solution is to just divide that country called Nigeria into 4 nations atleast. Nigeria is clearly too big a country for their corrupt government to run, otherwise things will get worst, eventually that country will implode to the point of Hunger Games.

I know a good number of Buhari's stooges who will called this a PDP inspired post, same thing some of them said concerning the recent kidnapping of school children in Katsina State too. Most of them tend to forgets that the change we wanna see in our country starts from Mr. Integrity downward and not from Chukwuka, Ibrahim or Jide who is trying to make something out of their selves in this rigged and messed up system.
If given the chance and the cost of Visa is being reduced, we'd have more Nigerians moving out ASAP..

Anyway, the FG's body language is always 'Vibes & Insha Allahu'..

To excel as a young black man outside Africa, education is key. My advise to you is this, do very well in WAEC, do very well in SAT, then apply to universities in the US. It's a very competitive process, but it pays off at the end. If you eventually want to be an athlete, all US universities have excellent college sports teams. Be smart Bro! If you check well, 90% of them are politicians.
They know the havoc they've wreaked on the economy and they've seen a sample of how quickly the tables can turn against them that's why they're following Dieziani's footsteps by buying foreign citizenship...
this is the most annoying part of it as only a few non politically exposed d Nigerians can afford such citizenship investment, after looting our common wealth you take it overseas to life a happily ever after life.

alll becos we want to escape the uselessness of our system/leaders/political class, just imagine how much we are loading into other economies, so we can have free access to europe and america where we can also spend more of our fortune, where we can push our children to live and work causing more brain drain for our dear country ........THIS COUNTRY WILL NEVER RECOVER, NO BE CURSE...imagine these monies getting circulated within the Nigerian economy, , even if it is stolen, the stealer should spend it inside this naija economy..and ofcourse this 1bn dols doesnt capture lots of millions of dollars and euros our people pay for contract marriage to get passport, money that can be invested back home if all was well
Honestly, these people obviously do not want Nigeria to succeed.

Some nations do not have such up to such amount as their yearly budget but they managed to do well and provide their citizens with adequate facilities, brilliant welfares and security.

You are 100000% correct, Nigeria will never ever ever get better or recover as you put it.

Careful, before Buhari's zombies here do like their father and call you a lazy youth for saying the truth about how our largest cash cow has been mismanaged.

The UAE and Saudi are already moving away from oil gradually. Within the next 20 years as energy production diversifies, oil will go the way of cotton and sugar in losing their value.

When that happens the problems we are seeing today will be child's play.

You're very right. With the introduction of various renewable energy projects I see the price of oil falling gradually in the next 10 years.

Yes! These same european countries Nigerians are escaping to. Sometimes I cannot understand the mindset of some Nigerians epecially these people taking this huge amount to other countries and boosting those countries economies rather than boost Nigeria's economy, It is really bizzare.
