Both are pointing to 1 major valve your oil control valve sir, change it and you are back to enjoy your car.

Let's solve your problem.

Your engine is equipped with a 1MZ engine which is comes with variable timing.

Currently what you have installed is a 1 or 2mz engine from probably a camry 1998 or a Toyota Kluger without Variable timing.

Engine will run, engine will consume fuel .

You have been humbled sir.

Solution, find an arrogant mechanic.
