1. Wash your towel with hot water and a good detergent. (Wash at least once every month)

2. Wash your bed sheet and pillow cover. (Wash at least once every month)

3. Wash your clothes and never wear a cloth twice unless it's washed.

4. Make it a routine to always wash your face (at least twice a day), then moisturize if you have a dry skin.

5. Eat healthy, lots of fruits and veggies - (Drink more water)

Extra - Get a harmless cream. I always prefer baby creams like Pears.

Any soap can serve, but resist bathing with these soda kind of soaps. Most of them can even cause eczema.

Cheap soap like premier or joy soap can serve. If you have the money, please go for this cream called 'Ashanti'

Don't rub any eczema cream; they do nothing.. The moment you stop them, eczema will still resurface.

Totally useless.

Do the above and allow your skin to fight its battle. Also, give it time. It will get worse before it gets better.

U need to up your hygiene in a very drastic manner.. and eat clean always .. that's the only solution.. detoxification will help too .. but it's the change of lifestyle that really helps

Here's my skincare routine that has helped me.
* Have my bath at least twice daily.
* Apply toner
* Apply eye cream
* Apply moisturiser
* apply vitamin c serum
I drink at least 2 litres of water daily. Hydrating and moisturising have really helped me with my eczema.
I apply facemasks twice a week and face scrub once or twice monthly. Ketoconazol cream and tablet are good as well.
I do not use creams that have fragrance as it's not good for the skin (unless I'm in a fix and have no other option).
I am not able to use dettol, joy or these regular soaps as I've observed I react to them, they give me mad eczema so I use black soap (I make it myself). Also, I'm selective of cream.

Eczema is a fungi infection, hence the use of anti-fungal coupled with good hygiene should help.
Get Ketoconazole tablet and Biocoten/Mycoten cream. Be sure the drugs are not fake and use for a minimum of 10 days for effectiveness.

As for the one that already surfaced

Put (Ose dudu)local black soap on it.It will pepper you,that is a sign its working.It may eventually burn your face;not to worry.Use cotton wool and glycerine to clean the burn,after about a month,you're as fresh as a baby.
