No special thing always drink plenty of water avoid oily or fried foods (sweet,biscuits,groundnuts etc)always wash your face with soap and clean water eat vegetables and fruits it may sound funny or difficult but it worked for me all through my secondary school I battled with pimples acne also avoid looking your face in the mirror I wish you can call me I will explain better 09057308215
