Speak for youself sir. What you are just seeing I saw 7 years ago. What was our average defence budget before BH and what is it now. They are just using the life of the foot soldiers and innocent civilians to maintain the war. It explains why they are pushing for amnesty in form of rehabilitation, reintegration and employment for the terrorists, so the funding can continue to flow if the war ever ends.

Follow the money trail and you will solve the problem. The bible succinctly puts it that the love of money is the root of All evil.

Boko Aram and other insurgence are just being like any other smart organization. They are constantly evolving their tactics to meet with the prevailing circumstances.
