I always have flu for the past 7 Years, it started when i was detected of hepatitis b, i treated it and I am fine now but since that 7 yes till now i always have flu that comes every 3 month but once I take flu medicine for like 5 days then I will be okay after 3 months it comes again and i will take flu for like 5 to 7 days it will disappear. It usually comes with cough and catarrh. It keep happening like that, so now my worries are taking the flu medicine always i am scared it could cause another harm.

I have gone to the different hospital they just told me anytime it come just take the flu medicine they couldn't fine any fault or diagnosed any thing wrong.


My fellow brothers and sisters please has anyone experienced this before and how did you over come it.

I suggest you buy yourself some freshly squeezed lime juice and add a little bit of ginger to the mix. Sip from time to time it'll sha keep the flu at Bay till your immune system rebuilds itself
