Borno villages but must also be safe... Just like Borno cites!!
Be deceiving yourself. There is no place safe in Borno - both the villages and even Maiduguri the capital. Just that it is far worse in the villages.

Insecurity is a serious problem in the whole North. You and others must accept and acknowledge this fact first.

This is coming weeks after Boko Haram terrorists slaughtered over 43 Zabarmari rice farmers at Koshebe village in Mafa Local Government Area of the state while working in a rice field.

While many commended the military for their efforts, they, however said guarding farmers is not sustainable.

Another Facebook user Hadiza Suleiman wrote;

"This is good but unlikely to be sustainable. The army needs to be proactive and not reactive. They need to take offensive action against the terrorists and not wait for them to attack. The US could rescue one of their citizens in Nigeria using intelligence that I hope is also available to our security age"

The best way to keep safe in Nigeria now is to buy your gun and learn how to use it.

May God protect the military too, they are been attach by boko, but there's something we are doing that I think its not too OK for the military, we post how they operate and next line of action, which I think the boko are watching and using that to plan attack, security tip such remain a secret.

I hate to say this: Nigerian soldiers looks rag-tag in the eyes. I expect to see heavily armed soldiers with assault magazines, wearing well protected armor and fiercely looking. See soldiers even from war torn Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq even rebel soldiers in those countries looks well armed than our regular soldiers. May God be with them

so civilian are now using AK47 in the name of fighting terrorist shocked I sense a very big problem in Nigeria in the future
A HUGE PROBLEM!

in fact if we are to be sincere, there will be no end to the monster growing in the north.

seven years from now, the entire north will be worst than Syria and Afghanistan combined.

kidnapping, banditry, terrorism, robbery, and all the vices know to man will be highly manifested in the north and it will be very difficult to manage.

the sad thing is, they will migrate en-mass to south - and with the anger and deprivation in their souls, they will inflict, terror and pains to any one that pisses them off in the south.

HAVE YOU EVER TAKEN A LITTLE TIME TO NOTICE THE HUGE PRESENCE OF NORTHERN YOUTHS IN ALL THE SOUTHERN STATES?

JUST TAKE A MOMENT AND OBSERVE AND YOU WILL SEE THAT NORTHERN YOUTH POPULATION IN THE ENTIRE SOUTH - I MEAN SOUTHWEST, SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH-SOUTH ARE HUGE NOW, THEY HAVE QUAD-RIPPLED AND ALWAYS ANGRY AND READY TO STAB YOU AT THE SLIGHTEST PROVOCATION.

everybody should join in praying for North - cause the monster growing there - if care is not taken, may last last affect us in the south!

I cry for my nation. Now hard working people needs soldiers to protect them from those who just wants to KILL them. Just kill them. Kudos to those soldiers, I wish the FG would allow us to carry arms and protect ourselves.

If you notice, they have no protective gears and they are in a war zone. They would pay them poorly too. From a distance, since its an open field, they can be ambushed. What a country.

Commendable gesture but so sad our soldiers are moving around war zone without vest...little wonder we have casualties.

Let the govt emulate US Army, we see how they kit for battle....who knows our the US soldiers looked like in their kits during the rescue operation in Nigeria.
