Some people are soo stupid and dull that they think a 3rd world country poorer than nigeria in all metrics, run by a dictator is practicing law and order by imprisoning it's musicians for holding a show which the authorities knew well off before hand, they fail to understand that it's a show of power and a move to bloody fool the image of Nigeria, full stupidity or just simply misguided hate.... shouting law and order like Uganda is a well run society.

Uganda

I said Uganda
..arrested not one but TWO of our "biggest" artistes of the year ... and the Nigerian government cannot intervene. Those baboons we call leaders have openly declared youths as enemies of the state. They dont give a fucck about y'all..

Imagine if this happened to a citizen of any western country? Just imagine..

Our government openly showed the world that Nigerian lives do not matter.. now Uganda is ... Chai cry

See ehn, Nigerians, we are on our own o
We have no country.

Why did they break the law? The bastards pretended to be having a calm party to deceive law enforcement only for them to conduct a concert that was banned.

If the government should have done anything, then I think they should have thanked Uganda and called for a prompt prosecution of the criminals.

All you here shouting law breakers i dont knw if u understand the entertainment industry he was paid to perform his not the organizer of the concept. They sold tickets and campaign for it other artists were there to perform also why now arresting the guy a visitor for that matter and leaving out the people that own the concept lets not use because we have mouth to say things without reasoning. Lay was a contractor what so ever issue the government have is suppose to be with the people that contracted him. Just pray not to be in his shoes.

Maybe this will be a lesson to rule breakers.

Uganda isn't Nigeria where lawlessness reign

so they just decided to go into another mans country without proper invitation?
The harboured then without knowledge of who they are?
Show was organized and approved by them also in another mans country abi?

Ugandan Artists where also at the show but was not arrested, no official was arrested, no organizer was arrested, only Nigerian artist and official were arrested

even Ugandans are asking questions why they are arrested and remanded unlawfully but here you are a Nigerian castigating your own people
Woe and big shame on you

Don't mind them. Most of these celebs think the are gods.
Did your leaders tell you to be going about breaking laws that they will come to your aid? Is that what you elected them for? To come to your aid whenever you break the law?
What do you mean once u step out of this country anything that happens to you overseas you country suppose to come to your aid. And i dont knw why you are saying he break the law he was paid to be there and now the government instead of arresting the people that paid him they now hold him accountable for what reason.

Why are the organisers walking free?
It won't last. They gave them the pass and even allowed their plane to land with full police escorts but because of internal fights among the organisers belonging to the opposition government and the local authorities and artistes sponsored by ruling government officials, they are the scape goats.
Even their citizens have been firing them since because all of them belief it is a political. Time will tell. It can only make the boy stronger. Are they even practicing social distances in the court I saw today? Hell no, they are just unfortunate to be caught up in the fight.
Their colleagues should rise and fight for them, not the useless leaders we have here. They will soon free them after using them to catch cruise.

I wanted to give you lecture on what happened before but when I saw your moniker, I remembered that sense dey far from yu. You are lost totally like c..o..w...in a jungle. Same Uganda that have been up and down with crowds campaigning for elections coming up next month without observing covid rules. Some of you are just too dumb to reason well. Why? You don't know these is politics in action.
That's the problem here people just sat things without reasoning it out why allow the co concept to hold when the government knw that they are rules ti abide.

That energy Nigerians are using to campaign for the freedom of Omah Lay or whatever his name is, they should channel that energy to campaign for the freedom of the students abducted in Katsina state.

Omah should face the wrath of the law to serve as a lesson for others.

He thought Uganda is Nigeria.
Naira whatever tried that nonsense in Nigeria by breaking COVID-19 protocol and was celebrated.

Uganda no be Naija.
My wish is for him to spend this Christmas in that prison for that he can learn. Most Nigerians only learn things the hard way.
Their phones should be collected and prison garments given to them to wear.

What was Naira Mad-man asked to do?

You are a bloody illogical clown. The Ugandans who invited them to their country should have known the rules, regulations and Law. Oma and Tems did nothing wrong visiting and performing for an audience that loves them. This is self hate, hating on your country men held in some foreign land because they happen to be artists. Some of you are embarrassing

CELEBRITIES AND POLITICIANS 2 GROUPS NIGERIANS WORSHIP AND CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING BUT YOU SEE EHEN YOU LAWLESSNESS AND EGO ENDS AT THE AIRPORT ONCE YOU LEAVE YOUR COUNTRY WHICH CONDONES SUCH LAWNESSNESS YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. THE BEST NIGERIAN GOVENMENT CAN DO IS ENSURE YOU ARE TREATED FAIRLY TO THE EXTENT OF THE LAW AND NOT MALTREATED HOWEVER IF YOU THINK YOUR GOVERNMENT WOULD GREESE PALMS OR GIVE BROWN ENVELOPES TO UGANDA TO LET YOU GO YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN NOT EVERY NATION HAVE TROWN THEIR INTEGRITY TO THE WIND LIKE NIGERIA SO LET ALL LEARN YOU CANNOT EXHIBIT LAWNESSNESS IN OTHER NATIONS AND EXPECT TO BE RESPECTED YOU EARN RESPECT NOT BUY IT.

The two issue are not the same in the entertainment industry once you are paid for a show and you don't show is a bad reputation to keep people might not trust you again and all this thing is playing out and remember this the only way this guys make money because people in this country don't actually pay for streaming service hope u knw.
And remember we can have an enlightening conversation without insult.
