1. Are they not supposed to be done by now undecided
2. Like when it happened in March; does it cover all learning institutions in the state or just state-owned?
3. They've still not explained this second wave undecided sad

Accounts need to be cleared as 2020 is rounding up so that they could start on a clean slate in 2021 and COVID-19 hoax has offered them a good reason.

Apart from Seyi Makinde, Yahya Bello and Ben Ayade, other governors are just busy fighting what's not pursuing them at the expense of their state's development.

if not clout chasing, most schools are already done with exams and would go on vacation by Friday.

Why declare closure and hence create panic?
when even vaccines are already underway.

Some non-thinking governors would soon follow suit and declare other sectors of the economy closed.
no wonder ibadan is jam packed these days with traffic hold up, a lot of people seem to have relocated there following the lockdown, they never shut down the economy in oyo state when every otter state did and thus are doing well economically.

Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic, Zaria resumed last Monday. That I know of.
How can the government send Students who just resumed school after several months of unnecessary lockdown back home, after just a week?

I sense they're using Kaduna as a test ground for another nationwide lockdown. If the signal is green, boom!!! They'll lock y'all down again.

lol at y'all grin. Well for one the legality of the first lockdown is questionable but we let it go cos of the situation at hand then. Along the way it became a matter of State government pronouncements, so this time it's going to beg the question 'who/what can lockdown Nigeria' FG or state cheesy. Also I don't believe they(PTF) have the will to lockdown judging by how the false one played out cheesy. They couldn't during our so called first wave, they won't now. They could shut some things down tho (federal schools, interstate travel grin, religious centres) but largely imo it'll be up to state governments. IMO trying to lockdown would be a foolish move by a foolish government.

You are right my brother, there was nothing like lock down in oyo, again schools in oyo resume b4 any other person. Only God will help us in this country.

Nigerian leaders and their penchant for inanities! Few governors showed some Leadership though, Oyo governor especially.

My child's school in Ibadan is vacating today. The children play all they want. Physical distance? Yinmu. The school asked them to come with masks. But it is all for political correctness. Some government officials still go around, the school said. As you you guess the masks hang under the chin, Nigerian style.

No child, nor staff, nor parent has died or hospitalized through Covid-19. Any government in Nigeria planning another shutdown is playing with fire.
