If you're a bit smart you should have been careful with those you pick fight with because your moniker will be rubbished & your employers will sack you for achieving the opposite of their aim.

What can make a place really beautiful is when you have a rich middle class and not just earning huge monthly allocations that are mostly embezzled. That is why all Uyo can boast of is just a few roads and a stadium surrounded by small dingy houses.

It will take Uyo years to get to the level of Owerri or P.H. because private investments that could have helped is not coming in.
