50% of KADUNA city is very very well planned and organized, unlike Kano where only 20% is planned and the rest of the city is a massive slum.
The last time I toured round KADUNA, gosh! There are neighbourhoods in Kaduna that can compare neighbourhoods in Abuja municipal.

Ibadan also cannot beat Kaduna abeg.

If you think am joking, use Google maps to take a good look of all neighbourhoods in Kaduna. A good number of them are well planned.

I think you are right. I have seen some pics of Maiduguri that made me awww.

But I think that's probably because there is a lot of investment in rebuilding Maiduguri due to Boko Haram. Most of those buildings are government built so that could be the reason.

I have been to Maiduguri bfor and after boko haram. The city has always been organized with good road networks.

have been to onitsha. Not bad though considering it was destroyed during the war. I noticed they dont really have land space hence they build tall buildings. But the place is rough and unorganized. Asaba ia way cooler.
